By creating an account, becoming a certified instructor, purchasing products, or otherwise utilizing any part of the DANCEFIT website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

2. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a certified DANCEFIT Instructor.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the DANCEFIT Services, including but not limited to, texts, graphics, logos, images, music, dance routines, and software, is the property of DANCEFIT LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. DANCEFIT trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The DANCEFIT Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
