Class Structure & Age Breakdown

DANCEFIT Mini (Ages 4 - 6)

A foundational class focusing on music exploration, simple movement patterns, and games. It’s all about following directions, clapping, and running around!

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Focus: Basic motor skills and rhythm.

DANCEFIT Juniors (Ages 7 - 12)

A higher-energy class that introduces more complex routines and popular music. Kids learn basic steps from various dance styles while getting a solid workout.

  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Focus: Intermediate choreography and endurance.

For Parents

Parents must sign a waiver before their child's first class. Please ensure your child wears comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers.
