Why Dive into AquaFIT?

Zero Impact

The buoyancy of water reduces impact on knees, hips, and back, making it perfect for rehabilitation or high-intensity cardio without the strain.

Total Resistance

Water provides 12 times the resistance of air, meaning every movement is a strength-training exercise, toning muscles faster.

Stay Cool

Maintain a comfortable body temperature throughout your session, allowing you to work harder for longer without feeling overheated.

What to Expect in an AquaFIT Class

Duration: 45 - 55 minutes of non-stop aquatic fun.

Choreography: Simple, repetitive moves inspired by international rhythms, adapted for water.

Requirement: Must be comfortable in water (you do not need to know how to swim, as classes take place in chest-deep water).

Gear: Swimsuit and highly recommended water shoes for grip and comfort.
